Our Return Policy
Zennix Life, LLC will refund the cost of all merchandise that is received in unopened and undamaged condition, subject to a 15% restocking fee. All claims must be filed no later than thirty days after the product is received by the recipient. We are unable to refund the cost of shipping. In the case you are dissatisfied with your purchase after opening and wish to return any item(s), please email us first within the thirty days after receipt.
