Harvest
Roast brand began in Beaverton, Oregon in 1999 when we
decided
that we should share our wonderful roasted pumpkin seeds
with folks
beyond the circle of family and friends. Our fresh
ingredients made
the difference initially. However, never satisfied with the
common seed
types, our first years were spent propagating a variety of
different
pumpkins to end up with the plumpest meat and softest shell.
We believe
we now have the best.
After a few years of selling our gourmet roasted seeds at
the local
Farmer's Markets, we began to provide them to Northwest
natural product
and specialty food stores. (Let us know if there is a store
in your
area that should carry them for you!)
All along, we have sought to bring our customers the
healthiest, natural
food products that we both love and create. Be sure to watch
